Holiday and sunny island has taken over the Cesare Pictures Ltd with few scripts in development rolling in... lazy atmposphere has impeded the wrap party happenning as we are all suntanning and enjoying summer!

July 2008

Pre-productions has been consuming us here at Cesare Pictures with numberous phone calls, impossible last minute changes of still photographers never turning up, cheecky extras refusing to come on last moment - with drinks in summer garden we got all the shots plans and schedules finished in true sweat. Underground production ran again smooth and easy with much bigger and organized team of crew and cast. AD couldnt believe his eyes when the ticking clock announced 7pm as a wrap on both days ahead of schedule - unseen thing these days o))) Zuzana was praised as a director who knows what she wants and how to get it from actor and that she can bring their ability to higher level. The dust of the production has been well watered by beer in nearby pub. And whilst asked by security troops of Royal Court of Justice to stop shooting as the production area is in the highest level of security - ey here is the answer "this is a student film" and shoot is saved straight the way. Well done everyone! Watch out as this short is a bomb and not only litterary.

26th and 27th January 2008

Film Abroad has been produced with utmost success in relaxed, fast paced and harmonical atmosphere with no hickups during the production. Actors were giving out their best, resulting in impressive performances, which made the experience editor wonder which rushes to cut out. DOP, Gary Whelan, turned the set round so quickly and perfectly that the scheldue did not fail to get accomplished within this hectic one weekend filming. All cast and crew enjoyed the shooting together in the name of one big team having fun while working and resting in green room. While shooting the closing scene of Abroad movie, some crew members did not manage to hold back their tears as Annie Labura & Innu Luthra were excelling in their final shot performance. Leander Pittis gave his finest performance as ruthless sex trafficker with Phil Pritchard acting to a perfection as the best experienced sex trafficking scout luring girls into London and Tony Fordham brought up the non speaking part of a bodyguard into undispensable supporting role of the film. Big thanks to everyone on putting their best into the story. Special thanks to Hotel Radnor management and staff for their help, patience and assistance.
